Today was Flashlight Reading Day!   The children really enjoyed reading in the dark
We also practiced catorgorizing and classifying different items.  They enjoyed coming up with different ways to group things.  Here are some pictures from our day.

Flashlight Reading Day

Tomorrow is Flashlight Reading Day!!!  We will have a nice quiet morning reading in the classroom by the light of our flashlights!   This might be just what our children need after a field trip and trick-or-treating! 

Please send your child in with a flashlight tomorrow!

Thursday Reminder

Just a reminder that homework is due tomorrow October 25th.  Please practice spelling words tonight for tomorrow's spelling test.

There is no school Friday, October 26th.   Ms. Tinc and Mrs. Pacciano will have a teacher planning day.  Enjoy your 3 day weekend!

Red Ribbon Week

This week is Red Ribbon Week, "Say No to Drugs." Each day this week we will show our support by wearing different items.
Monday- Our Slippers will "give drugs the slip."
Tuesday- Wear your favorite cap to "put a cap on drugs"
Wednesday- "Let's sock it to Drugs" by wearing crazy socks
Thursday- Wear sunglasses to "shade out drugs" (This is also our field trip day- wear your field trip shirt)
Friday- No School -Planning Day
